Experienced Adults Social Worker - Near Hull (Grade 9)

Location: Near Hull
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm
Pay Rate: Up to £35.48 per hour (Umbrella)
Work Style: Hybrid option available (subject to manager approval)

What You'll Do:
️ Assess and manage high levels of risk in complex adult social care cases
Provide expert opinions to inform critical decisions
Take a professional leadership role by supporting the learning and development of colleagues
Deliver supervision, mentoring, assessing, and teaching to the team

Who You Are:
Experienced Adults Social Worker (Grade 9) with a strong track record in complex cases
Skilled leader and mentor with excellent management capabilities
Confident in providing expert, effective social work practice
