SEN Teacher - Qualified and Experienced Only
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate SEN Teacher to join our supportive team and make a meaningful impact in the lives of students with severe special educational needs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and deliver high-quality lessons tailored to the needs of SEN pupils
* Work collaboratively with teaching assistants and support staff
* Monitor and assess pupil progress, adapting strategies as needed
* Create a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
Essential Requirements:
* QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or PGCE - applications without these qualifications will not be considered
* Proven experience teaching students with special educational needs
* Strong understanding of a range of SEN including autism, ADHD, and learning difficulties
* Excellent communication and behaviour management skills
