Role: Qualified Science Teacher - Secondary

Location: Luton

Start date: As soon as possible

GSL Education is recruiting qualified Science Teachers to work in our client schools in Luton, starting as soon as possible. Responsibilities include:

• Delivering science lessons to students in Years 7 to 11.
• Creating engaging and effective lesson plans.
• Managing classroom behavior effectively.
• Building rapport with students and staff.
• Collaborating with support staff and wider school teams.

Essential Requirements:

• Relevant UK teaching qualification (PGCE in Secondary Science with QTS).
• UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or QTLS.
• Foreign qualified teachers assessed by NARIC are welcome to apply.
• Experience teaching in a school setting for Years 7-11.
• Strong commitment to pupil welfare.
• Excellent curriculum knowledge and behavior management skills.
• Ability to plan creative lessons and work as part of a team.
• Possession of an Enhanced DBS or willingness to obtain one.
