Job summary

Faith Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer to manage a varied caseload of residential property transactions from instruction through to completion, based in Guildford. You will review titles, contracts, searches and property documentation, raise and respond to enquiries, negotiate where required, and manage exchanges and completions.

• Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or equivalent.
• Proven experience handling a residential conveyancing caseload independently.
• Strong knowledge of residential property law and Land Registry procedures.
• Excellent organisational, communication and client-management skills.
