Job summary

Pure Podiatrists, in association with South West Podiatry, is seeking an experienced Podiatrist to join our growing national network. You will deliver high-quality podiatric care within a multidisciplinary team of physiotherapists as part of Pure Physiotherapy.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in podiatry or related clinical field (e.g. FHP, Sports Therapist)
• Strong capability in managing MSK and non-MSK caseloads
• Experience in nail surgery and managing complex foot and lower limb conditions
• Keen interest in biomechanics and MSK podiatry
• Committed to evidence-based practice and CPD

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied MSK and non-MSK caseload
• Deliver advanced treatments including nail surgery, orthotics, and gait analysis
• Develop tailored, evidence-based treatment plans
• Work collaboratively within the MDT
• Maintain accurate clinical records in line with GDPR and regulations
• Participate in clinical governance, audits, and infection control practices
• Work towards KPIs while maintaining high standards of care
• Contribute to service development and quality improvement
• Participate in team meetings, training, and reflective practice
• Support marketing, networking, and patient engagement
• Mentor and support students and new graduates
• Stay up to date with industry research and advancements
• Collaborate with admin teams to ensure seamless patient journeys

Salary: £46,000 to £52,000 pro rota. Depending on experience
