Job summary

Pure Podiatrists in association with South West Podiatry is seeking a skilled Podiatrist to join a growing team in Newcastle upon Tyne. You will deliver high-quality podiatric care within a multidisciplinary setting, developing your clinical expertise while contributing to an innovative, patient-centred practice.

The role involves managing MSK and non-MSK caseloads, performing nail surgery, gait analysis, and orthotics, with training provided in Laser Therapy, SWIFT, Shockwave, and 2D gait

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in podiatry or related field.
• Experienced in nail surgery and managing complex foot conditions.
• Interest in biomechanics and MSK podiatry.
• Committed to evidence-based practice and continuous professional development.

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied MSK and non-MSK caseload.
• Deliver advanced treatments including nail surgery, orthotics, and gait analysis.
• Develop tailored, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Work collaboratively within the MDT and maintain accurate clinical records.
• Participate in governance, audits, and infection control practices.

About You

• Hasa minimum of 5 years' experiencein podiatry or a related clinical field (e.g. FHP, Sports Therapist)
• Demonstrates strong capability in managing bothMSK and non-MSK caseloads
• Is experienced in nail surgeryand managing complex foot and lower limb conditions
• Has a keen interest inbiomechanics and MSK podiatry
• Is committed to evidence-based practice and continuous professional development
