Job summary

Control Flow Technologies is seeking a Qualified Plumber - Water Efficiency Engineer to join our Cambridge-based team. You will visit customers at pre-booked appointments, install water-saving devices, complete minor repairs and help households reduce water waste while delivering excellent customer service.

You will manage your daily schedule with a company vehicle and fuel card, enjoy stable permanent work, overtime opportunities, incentives, and a robust benefits package including 33 days

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 Plumbing qualification or equivalent.
• Experience in plumbing maintenance and repairs.
• EUSR Water Hygiene qualification, or willingness to obtain.
• Full, clean UK driving licence.
• DBS check, or willingness to complete one.
• Reliable, professional and confident working independently.

Responsibilities

• Install water-saving devices in customers' homes.
• Identify and repair minor plumbing leaks.
• Work safely around water meters.
• Provide practical water efficiency advice.
• Manage appointments, travel and van stock.
• Update CRM records and meet installation targets.
