Cohens Chemist in Lytham St Annes is seeking a full-time Qualified Pharmacy Assistant for a permanent contract at branch 809, St Annes Health Centre, Durham Avenue, FY8 2EP. The 40-hour week runs Monday to Friday 09:00–18:00 with a one-hour unpaid break.

You will dispense and label prescriptions, receive prescriptions, assist with stock management in the dispensary, and provide friendly, professional service as part of a well-established team to ensure customers receive a high standard of care.

Formación

• NVQ Level 2 in Pharmacy Services is essential.
• Strong planning, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent people skills for customer service.

12081 - 40 hour - Qualified Pharmacy Assistant - Permanent Contract

We are looking to recruit a 40-hour Qualified Pharmacy Assistant on a permanent contract to work at branch 809 located at St Annes Health Centre, Durham Avenue, Lytham St Annes, FY8 2EP.

The proposed shift pattern is: Monday 09:00-18:00 (one-hour unpaid break) Tuesday 09:00-18:00 (one-hour unpaid break) Wednesday 09:00-18:00 (one-hour unpaid break) Thursday 09:00-18:00 (one-hour unpaid break) Friday 09:00-18:00 (one-hour unpaid break)

Responsibilities

• assist the business in providing an efficient, knowledgeable and friendly service to our customers, with specific responsibility for providing support with the dispensing and labelling of prescription items.
• Additional responsibilities will include receiving prescriptions and handing out prescription items and assisting with the ordering and management of stock levels within the dispensary.
• The successful candidate must have great people skills as this is paramount to your role.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Pharmacy Services is essential; skills in planning, attention to detail and working under pressure are all required.
