Qualified or Part Qualified Accountant

An exciting position has become available for a full-time Qualified or Part Qualified Accountant based in North London; N15 6BL.

The successful candidate will earn £30,000 - £40,000 per year depending on experience.

Role Requirements

• You will be a Senior, Semi Senior, Qualified or Part-Qualified ACA or ACCA Accountant with experience working in an accountancy practice
• Accounting experience and individual competency are more important than formal qualifications
• Experience using Microsoft Excel and IRIS accounting software is essential
• Candidates should be able to demonstrate experience working in practice and competency in preparing company accounts. Candidates with an ability to learn quickly, rise to a challenge and adapt to varying cultures and client sizes will possess an advantage
• The employer values staff who can work independently with good time management skills and are focused on meeting deadlines
• Experience using QuickBooks and Xero is an advantage
• Proof of eligibility to work in the UK will be required

Role Responsibilities

· You will work as part of a small team of qualified and part-qualified accountants in a busy and growing accountancy practice

· There will be an opportunity to be involved in the preparation of: Company accounts, Charity accounts, Personal tax returns, VAT and Bookkeeping
