Job summary

Tees, Esk and Wear Valleys NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting a Nursing Associate for the Harrogate & Ripon Community Treatment Team. Applicants must hold the Nursing Associate foundation degree and be registered with the NMC.

Qualifications

Job description

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Harrogate & Ripon Community Treatment Team as a Nursing Associate.

Applicants must have already completed the Nursing Associate foundation degree and be a Registered Nurse Associate on the NMC register. This post is not offering the training to gain this qualification.

This role may be eligible for sponsorship under the UK Visas & Immigration (UKVI) Skilled Worker route. However, sponsorship can only be provided where applicants meet the specific requirements, therefore, we recommend that you assess your eligibility before applying for this position. Applicants must have NMC Nursing Associate registration and, preferably have experience of working with people with a diagnosed learning disability.

The successful candidate will work with multi-professional practitioners to ensure collaborative working with service users, their families, carers and partner agencies providing a person-centred approach and strive to promote recovery within adult mental health.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be calm, confident and resilient in their approach, and will need to be able to form therapeutic relationships.
