Job Description:

A fantastic opportunity has arisen with our Client based near Lechlade, Gloucestershire. They are in a very unique position where they can consider term-time positions! They are seeking a Qualified Nursery Practitioner and a Room Leader. This fantastic Nursery based on a farm is designed to provide children with opportunities to explore the great outdoors. Whether you are looking for your start in Childcare or your next step, this could be the role for you!

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Have an excellent understanding of the EYFS
  2. Be able to implement the EYFS into planning activities
  3. Understand the importance of assessment and ensure all children receive the statutory progress checks required
  4. Maintain records of your key children’s development and learning journeys and share with parents, carers, and other professionals
  5. Be involved in out of working hours’ activities, e.g., training, staff meetings, etc.
  6. Build strong relationships with the team, the children, and parents/carers

The successful candidate can look forward to a competitive rate of pay, in-house development, and scope for progression! As well as being able to offer a flexi-working week and up to £400 per year attendance bonus!
