Job summary

Operations Resources Limited is seeking a qualified Nursery Practitioner to join our team. You will contribute to activities for children, work with other staff, and support parents and families.

The role includes attending occasional after-hours activities, staying flexible in nursery practices, and helping with light duties around the nursery. Training and ongoing support are provided.

Qualifications

• Level 3 qualification in childcare or equivalent is required.
• Interest in pursuing a career in childcare is welcome.
• Training and support are offered.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to activities suitable for the age range of children with other staff.
• Support all staff and engage in a good staff team.
• Liaise with and support parents and other family members.
• Attend out-of-working-hours activities (training, meetings, parents' evenings).
• Be flexible within working practices of nursery.
• Help with domestic tasks such as snack preparation and cleaning equipment.
• Work alongside the manager and staff team to fulfill the project philosophy.
• Record accidents in the accident book.
