Job summary

Childbase Partnership is seeking a Qualified Nursery Practitioner (Level 2 or above) to join our nurseries. You will support learning through play, observe children, and contribute to safeguarding and well-being in a collaborative setting.

This permanent role offers 27-40 hours per week, 52 weeks a year, with flexible full- and part-time patterns between 7:30am and 6:30pm, and a pro rata salary between £27,040 and £33,737.60.

Qualifications

• You hold a DfE approved early years qualification at level 2 or above.
• You can plan and implement engaging activities promoting learning through play.
• You will observe and assess children's progress.
• You will safeguard and promote well-being.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver high-quality activities using EYFS.
• Support key person approach and build strong relationships with children and families.
• Observe, document and track children's development and progress.
• Collaborate with parents and colleagues to support learning and well-being.
