Job summary

TeacherActive is recruiting a Qualified Nursery Practitioner to work in Cheadle on a temporary, full-time basis with ongoing placements. You will support children across age groups, deliver activities in line with the EYFS framework, promote positive behaviour, and create a nurturing environment.

You should have Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification or at least 6 months nursery experience. A good knowledge of EYFS, strong communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years Practitioner qualification
• A minimum of 6 months' experience working within a nursery setting
• Good knowledge of the UK Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum
• Excellent behaviour management and the ability to build positive relationships with children
• A caring, enthusiastic and engaging approach to supporting children's development
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team
