Job summary

Childbase Partnership Ltd. is hiring a Qualified Nursery Practitioner (Level 2 or above) at Westwood Day Nursery in Coventry. This permanent role offers 40 hours per week across 52 weeks, with varied shifts 07:30–18:30, and a pro-rata salary of £27,040–£30,929.60 or £13.00–£14.87 per hour.

The successful candidate will work as a Key Person, plan learning activities, observe progress, and uphold safeguarding standards in a supportive, team-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Qualified early years professional with a level 2+ EYFS qualification.
• Strong knowledge of EYFS to support learning as Key Person, plan and observe progress.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement high-quality, engaging activities that promote learning through play.
• Observe, assess and record children’s progress; ensure safeguarding and wellbeing of each child.
