Job summary

Childbase Partnership is seeking a Qualified Nursery Practitioner (Level 2 or above) to join our Westwood Day Nursery in Coventry. The role is permanent, offers 40 hours per week across 52 weeks, with varied shifts from 07:30 to 18:30 and options for a 4- or 5-day week.

You will work with EYFS, plan and implement high-quality activities, and ensure safeguarding and wellbeing for every child. We value inclusivity and family-friendly benefits within our employee-owned structure.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of EYFS enables planning and observation of progress.
• Ability to create engaging activities promoting learning through play.
• Strong safeguarding mindset and inclusive practice.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement high-quality, engaging activities.
• Observe and assess children's progress and record outcomes.
• Work collaboratively with parents and colleagues to support development.
