Qualifications

• Hold a DfE approved early years qualification at Level 2 or above.
• Knowledge of the EYFS, enabling work as a Key Person.
• Experience in early years education (previous practice preferred).

Responsibilities

• Create opportunities for learning, planning and implementing activities that promote learning through play.
• Observe, assess and record children’s progress.
• Act as a Key Person, ensuring each child’s needs are met.
• Advocate for safeguarding, ensuring every child feels safe.
• Collaborate with children, parents, and colleagues.
