Job summary

Uniform Education is seeking a qualified Nursery Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming Early Years setting in Oxfordshire. You will support children with their learning, development and daily routines, helping to create a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment in line with the EYFS.

This role suits an experienced Early Years professional who is passionate about supporting young children, building positive relationships, and working closely with families and the nursery team.

Qualifications

• Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare, Early Years or equivalent.
• Previous nursery or Early Years experience.
• Good understanding of the EYFS.
• Enhanced DBS via Update Service.
• Right to Work in the UK.

Shift: 8:00am – 6:30pm

What We’re Looking For

Essential:

• Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare, Early Years or equivalent
• Previous nursery or Early Years experience

• Caring, patient and enthusiastic approach
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service
• Right to Work in the UK

Desirable:

• Experience working with children aged 0–5
• Paediatric First Aid
• Experience supporting children with additional needs
