Are you a qualified and experienced Nursery Practitioner looking for flexible work opportunities? We are currently seeking dedicated and professional Nursery Practitioners to join our team and work in various nurseries across the Maidenhead area. This is an excellent opportunity to utilise your skills and expertise while enjoying the flexibility of agency work.

Duties:

• Provide high-quality care and support to children in the nursery setting
• Create and implement engaging and age-appropriate activities for children’s learning and development
• Assist with daily routines, including mealtimes, nap times, and toileting
• Collaborate with a team of nursery staff to ensure a safe and nurturing environment
• Maintain accurate records of children’s progress and activities
• Foster positive relationships with children, their families, and colleagues

Requirements:

• Early Years Level 3 or above qualification
• Proven experience working as a Nursery Practitioner, demonstrating a deep understanding of childcare best practices
• Excellent knowledge of child development and age-appropriate activities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Flexibility and adaptability to work in different nursery settings
• Valid first aid certification (desirable)
