Job summary

TeacherActive Limited is seeking a passionate Level 3 Nursery Practitioner for a warm Stratford nursery. You will deliver engaging activities, support children's development and wellbeing, and act as a key person building strong relationships with children and parents.

The role requires a Paediatric First Aid certificate, EYFS knowledge, and DBS clearance. You will contribute to a safe learning environment and collaborate with a friendly team to support staff wellbeing and progression.

Qualifications

• Hold a Level 3 Childcare Qualification and be able to apply it in daily practice.
• Paediatric First Aid (PFA) certificate is required.
• Enhanced DBS clearance or willingness to obtain is expected.
• Strong understanding of the EYFS framework and safeguarding policies.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities aligned with the EYFS framework.
• Support children's learning, development, and emotional wellbeing on a daily basis.
• Act as a key person, building strong relationships with children and parents.
• Observe, assess, and track children's progress to inform planning.
