About the Role:

At iStep Learning, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care and education that fosters the growth and development of every child. With your solid understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework and a genuine love for working with children, you'll inspire curiosity, creativity, and confidence in their formative years.

Your Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide outstanding care and learning experiences in line with the EYFS framework.
2. Plan and deliver engaging, age–appropriate activities tailored to each child's needs.
3. Observe, assess, and document children's development to celebrate progress and inform next steps.
4. Build warm and trusting relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
5. Maintain a safe, secure, and stimulating environment while upholding safeguarding and health & safety policies.
