Qualified Nursery Practitioners Wanted Chelmsford
Start Date: ASAP (Notice periods considered)

• 2 x Term Time Only

What You ll Be Doing Day to Day:

As a Nursery Practitioner, you ll play a key role in delivering high-quality care and education to children aged 0-5. You ll be involved in:

• Planning and delivering engaging, age-appropriate activities

• Creating a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment

• Supporting children s emotional, physical, and social development

• Observing and tracking children s progress, sharing insights with parents and carers

• Working closely with your team to maintain high standards of safeguarding and health & safety

• Building strong, positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues

Whether you re leading a story-time session, heading up messy play, or offering comfort and reassurance to a child who needs a cuddle no two days are ever the same!

What We re Looking For:

• Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare/Early Years

• Previous experience in a nursery or early years setting

• A solid understanding of the EYFS framework

• A warm, caring, and enthusiastic personality

• Strong communication skills and a team-focused attitude

Important Requirement:

You must have an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or be willing to apply for one with our support.
