Qualified Nursery Nurse/Key Worker
Nurse Seekers is proud to be recruiting a Qualified Nursery Practitioner/Key Worker on behalf of a private quality Nursery based near Highbury, London. The successful candidate must be an energetic and passionate individual with a real passion for childcare and want to work with children to fulfil their greatest potential!

Key Responsibilities
  1. Deliver outstanding learning opportunities and exceptional care
  2. Plan and provide effective teaching and learning
  3. Safeguard and promote the health, safety and welfare of children
  4. Prepare and Supervise Activities
  5. Communicate with colleagues, parents/carers to meet the individual needs of the children
  6. Make accurate and effective assessments of the children during the stages of development
Qualifications

A Qualified Nursery Practitioner must hold a Level 3 Childcare Qualification Early Years. A Key worker must hold a Level 3 Childcare Qualification. Unqualified Practitioners must have previous childcare experience or the ambition to have a career in Early Years. Early Years’ experience is needed.
