Nurse Seekers Ltd are delighted to assist a high-quality day nursery in Kettering to recruit a passionate Level 3+ Qualified Nursery Practitioner. Join a friendly, dedicated team focused on learning through play and safeguarding.

The role is permanent, 40 hours per week across Monday to Friday (7:30am–6:30pm). Salary ranges £27,289.60–£30,929.60 per annum (pro‑rata). A strong EYFS background and commitment to professional development are essential.

Qualifications

• Full Level 3+ Early Years qualification; strong EYFS knowledge.
• Experience planning and delivering developmentally appropriate activities.
• Ability to observe, assess and record children’s progress; safeguarding-aware.

Qualified Nursery Nurse

Zero2Five are proud to be working with a high-quality day nursery in Kettering, who are looking for a passionate Level 3+ Qualified Nursery Practitioner to join their friendly and dedicated team

The Role

• Position: Qualified Nursery Practitioner - Level 3 or above
• Location: Kettering
• Contract: Permanent, 40 hours per week, 52 weeks per year
• Working hours: Monday - Friday, varied shifts between 7:30am - 6:30pm
• Working pattern: Choice of a 4 or 5-day week
• Salary: £27,289.60 - £30,929.60 per annum (pro-rata)
• Hourly rate: £13.12 - £14.87 per hour

• Do you have a full and relevant Early Years qualification? You hold a Level 3 qualification or above.
