Job summary

Partou UK in Tyldesley, Greater Manchester, is looking for a Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualified nursery practitioner to join as Lunchtime Cover Assistant for 20 hours per week. You will support learning and development in line with the EYFS and provide warm, safe care during lunch breaks.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a busy nursery environment and values teamwork with families and childcare colleagues.

Qualifications

• EYFS knowledge required.
• Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification.
• Experience providing lunchtime cover is desirable.

About the Role

Partou Best Friends Day Nursery & Pre-schoolis seeking a Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualified nursery practitioner to take on the flexible 20 hours per week role of Lunchtime Cover Assistant. You will work towards ensuring children engage in stimulating activities that support their learning and development in line with the EYFS. You will provide exceptional care and compassion towards the children, maintain a safe and inclusive environment, and build strong partnerships with childcare colleagues and families. You'll play a key role in supporting our nursery team, stepping in to provide cover while our staff enjoy their well-deserved lunch break. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys the bustling energy of a nursery setting and thrives in a supportive role.
