Role Expectations

• As a keyworker, meet each child's needs, support parents with SEND/ASL needs.
• Own observation, assessment, and planning for your key children in line with EYFS, providing developmentally appropriate next steps.
• Encourage and praise children's development and achievements.
• Most importantly…have FUN!

*Requirements: Hold a Level 3 Childcare qualification and have previous experience working with children, ideally as an Early Years Educator, Nursery Practitioner, Nursery Assistant, or Nursery Nurse.*
