GSL Education Manchester is working with a high-performing secondary school in Oldham to recruit a Qualified Mathematics Teacher for a full-time position starting September 2025. About the Role:
You will teach Mathematics across Key Stages 3 and 4, delivering engaging lessons that build confidence and critical thinking skills. You'll be responsible for lesson planning, assessing progress, and supporting students of all abilities in a positive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Teach Mathematics across KS3 and KS4
Design and deliver engaging, curriculum-aligned lessons
Assess student progress and provide targeted feedback
Support numeracy initiatives and enrichment activities
Foster an inclusive and stimulating classroom environment
What We’re Looking For:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent UK teaching qualification
Experience teaching Mathematics in a UK secondary school
Strong subject knowledge and a passion for Mathematics
Effective classroom and behaviour management skills
A reflective and adaptable teaching approach
