Qualified Female PE Teacher

Location: Birmingham

Aspire People are currently seeking a strong academic Female PE Teacher for a secondary school in Birmingham. This opportunity is for a Teacher of Physical Education to join a school with excellent facilities, starting after Easter and continuing until the end of the academic year.

The school welcomes applications from both experienced teachers looking to broaden their experience and newly qualified teachers who can contribute to an outstanding department.

Responsibilities

1. Plan and deliver engaging lessons that inspire pupils.
2. Assess and mark student work, monitor progress, and aim to raise attainment levels.
3. Contribute to the development of schemes of work and subject policies.
4. Communicate effectively and develop positive relationships with staff, pupils, and parents.

Requirements

• Qualified Teacher Status (ECTs and instructors will be considered).
• Experience teaching PE, ideally up to Key Stage 3 & 4.
• Understanding of the curriculum and awareness of current issues and developments.
