Qualified Female PE Teacher
Birmingham

Aspire People are currently looking to recruit a strong academic Female PE Teacher for a secondary school in Birmingham. This position will commence after Easter and will be ongoing up until the end of the academic year. The school welcomes applications from both experienced teachers seeking to widen their experience or newly qualified teachers who can contribute to this outstanding department.


The successful applicant will be expected to:

  1. Plan and deliver lessons.
  2. Deliver engaging and fun lessons, which inspire pupils.
  3. Assess and mark work, monitor pupils' progression and raise attainment levels.
  4. Contribute to the development of schemes of work and subject policies as appropriate.
  5. Communicate appropriately and develop positive relationships with staff, pupils, and parents.

You will need:

  1. Qualified Teacher Status (ECTs and instructors will be considered).
  2. Experience in teaching PE, ideally teaching up to Key Stage 3 & 4.
  3. An understanding of the curriculum and knowledge of any current issues and developments within it.
