Overview

We are currently recruiting for an English teacher for an amazing secondary alternative provision school in the North Birmingham area.

The school is looking for a qualified English specialist who has the desire and patience to work with children in an alternative setting. You will be expected to teach up to KS4 and will need resilience and an understanding to support and teach children who have mild SEND or SEMH needs. The ideal candidate would preferably be able to lead the English department; however, this isn’t essential and all candidates will be considered on an individual basis. The role is on-going and could be permanent for the right person.
