Teacher Requirements:
Being locally based is advantageous but not necessary, as the school is accessible via multiple main routes. Flexibility with travel up to 1 hour is required.
Building rapport with students is essential. You must engage students effectively and adapt your teaching style to meet the needs of different year groups and individuals. We aim to build a pool of candidates capable of working daily, providing high standards of teaching and professionalism. The ability to adapt to varying circumstances is crucial.
