Job summary

Childbase Partnership Limited is seeking a Qualified Nursery Practitioner (Level 2 or above) for Mulberry Day Nursery in Maidenhead. The role requires planning engaging activities, observing children’s progress, and ensuring their well-being. Candidates should hold a DfE approved qualification and have knowledge of the EYFS.

Qualifications

• Hold a DfE approved early years qualification at level 2 or above.
• Knowledge of the EYFS and the ability to plan and evaluate development.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement high‑quality, engaging activities that promote learning through play.
• Observe, assess, and record children’s progress in accordance with the EYFS.
• Act as Key Person to children, ensuring their well‑being and safety.
• Advocate for safeguarding and promote children’s safety, wellbeing, and inclusion.
• Collaborate effectively with children, parents and colleagues, building strong and positive relationships.
