Job summary

TimePlan Education is seeking Qualified Early Years Practitioners (Level 2/3 or higher) to work in nurseries around Andover. Roles offer full-time or part-time hours, and temporary/supply arrangements.

As a Nursery Practitioner you will deliver high-quality early years education, create nurturing environments, and support children's learning and development in line with EYFS. Paediatric First Aid is preferred, and experience in nurseries is valued.

Qualifications

• Minimum Level 2/3 Early Years qualification or equivalent/higher.
• Paediatric First Aid Certificate preferred.
• Strong understanding of EYFS and child development.
• Positive, caring attitude with excellent communication skills.
• Reliability, professionalism and passion for early years education.
• Experience in a nursery setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide a safe, caring environment for children aged 0-5.
• Plan, deliver, and evaluate age-appropriate activities per EYFS.
• Build positive relationships with children, families and colleagues.
• Observe and record children’s development for learning journeys.
• Maintain safeguarding, health and safety, and hygiene standards.
• Collaborate effectively within a supportive team.

Are you a warm, enthusiastic and dedicated childcare professional? We are looking for Qualified Early Years Practitioners (Level 2, Level 3 or above) to work in nurseries across Andover and surrounding areas.

As a Nursery Practitioner, you will play a key role in providing high-quality early years education and care. You'll help create a nurturing, stimulating environment where children can learn, grow, and thrive. Your passion, creativity, and commitment to exceptional childcare will shine through in everything you do.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide a safe, caring, and engaging environment for children aged 0-5
• Plan, deliver, and evaluate age-appropriate activities in line with the EYFS
• Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
• Observe and record children’s development, contributing to their learning journeys
• Maintain high standards of safeguarding, health and safety, and hygiene
• Work collaboratively as part of a dynamic and supportive team

We're Looking For:

• A minimum of Level 2 or 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent / higher)
• Paediatric First Aid Certificate (preferred)
• Strong understanding of the EYFS and child development
• A positive, caring attitude and excellent communication skills
• Reliability, professionalism, and a genuine passion for early years education
• Experience in a nursery setting
