Qualified Early Years Practitioner
Location: Barrow
Salary: 25,000 - 28,500 per annum (All year-round)
Hours: 36-42 hours per week (shifts, 9 hours each)
Start Date: ASAP
Position: Permanent position

Are you an experienced Early Years Practitioner looking for a new opportunity? We are seeking a passionate, qualified professional to join our team on a maternity cover basis with the potential for a permanent position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Working as a Key Worker for Under 2s (experience with under 2's required)
  • Supporting children aged 2-4 years in a preschool setting
  • Planning and delivering age-appropriate activities
  • Ensuring the safety, well-being, and development of all children
  • Collaborating with the team to create a positive learning environment
  • Building strong relationships with children, families, and staff

Key Requirements:

  • Level 3 Early Years qualification (essential)
  • Proven experience with children under 2 years (essential)
  • Passionate about early years education and child development
  • Ability to work in a team and independently
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
