Toddler Town in Wallingford is seeking dedicated Early Years Practitioners (Level 3) to support development and well-being of young children in a nurturing setting. The role offers opportunities to develop leadership skills while maintaining high care standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience working with children in a nursery or early years setting.

• Demonstrate effective management and leadership skills by supervising junior staff or apprentices when required
• Communicate effectively with parents, colleagues, and external professionals to support children's needs
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to childcare provision
