Qualified Early Years Practitioner - Full Time
Location: Lancaster
Salary: £25,000 - £28,500 per annum (All year-round)
Start Date: ASAP
Position: Permanent position

Are you an experienced Early Years Practitioner looking for a new opportunity? We are seeking a passionate, qualified professional to join a well-run and established nursery setting in Lancaster.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Working as a Key Worker for Under 2s (experience with under 2's required)
2. Supporting children aged 2-4 years in a preschool setting
3. Planning and delivering age-appropriate activities
4. Ensuring the safety, well-being, and development of all children
5. Collaborating with the team to create a positive learning environment
6. Building strong relationships with children, families, and staff

Key Requirements:

1. Level 3 Early Years qualification (essential)
2. Proven experience with children under 2 years (essential)
3. Passionate about early years education and child development
4. Ability to work in a team and independently
5. Excellent communication and organisational skills
