Hove Village Day Nurseries is seeking a Qualified Early Years Educator to join our beach-front nurseries (Our Bloomsbury on the Beach and Bloomsbury Street Nursery). You will provide high-quality care for children aged 0-5, create a safe learning environment, and work closely with parents and staff to support each child’s development.

Qualifications

• Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for working with children.
• Previous experience working in a nursery or childcare setting.
• Knowledge of relevant regulations and legislation governing childcare (e.g., Safeguarding).
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Responsabilités

• Provide high-quality care and education to children aged 0-5.
• Create a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow.
• Observe and assess children's development, identifying any areas of concern.
• Collaborate with parents and other staff members to support children's individual needs.
• Maintain accurate records of children's progress and development.
• Ensure the nursery is clean, organized, and well-maintained at all times.
• Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure the well-being of all children.
