Job summary

Bright Horizons Kings Hill Day Nursery and Preschool in Kings Hill, West Malling, Kent, is seeking a flexible Nursery Practitioner to join our Bright Flex / Bank team. You will support the EYFS through engaging activities and work with a dedicated team to provide a safe, nurturing environment.

The role requires a Level 3 Early Years qualification, experience with children, and a passion for making learning fun. We value HEART principles and teamwork in everything we do.

Qualifications

• Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification
• Previous experience working with children – Nursery Practitioner, Nursery Nurse, Early Years Educator, Nanny, Childminder or similar
• Passion for making learning fun and engaging for each child
• Ability to use a variety of communication techniques with both children and adults
• Sound understanding of child protection and safeguarding
• Ability to be flexible and adaptable

• Support colleagues with the delivery of the EYFS through engaging children in entertaining and educational activities
• Work as part of a larger team to ensure day-to-day tasks are completed, such as room tidying and preparation

Salary – £13.50 - £15.88 per hour (dependent on qualification/s and experience)

Working as part of our Bright Flex / Bank team, you can blend the convenience of bank/ agency work, with the security and benefits of being an employee – giving you the best of both worlds!
