Bright Horizons Bracknell Day Nursery is seeking a flexible practitioner to join our Bright Flex / Bank team in Bracknell. You will work as part of a team to care for babies and children up to 5 years old, offering engaging activities and development-focused support.

Salary – Level 2 £12.99 to £13.38 per hour (dependent on qualification/s and experience)

Salary – Level 3 £13.50 to £15.88 per hour (dependent on qualification/s and experience)

The Role

Working as part of our Bright Flex / Bank team, you can blend the convenience of bank/ agency work, with the security and benefits of being an employee – giving you the best of both worlds! Within this role, you will work as part of a team to look after babies and children up to the age of 5. You will have adventures through interactive play, reading, and activities to encourage curious minds – supporting colleagues with each child’s development towards their key milestones.

What we’re looking for

• Previous experience working with children ideal but not essential – Nursery Bank Staff, Nursery Assistant, Teaching Assistant, Nursery Practitioner, Early Years Educator, Nanny, Childminder or similar
• Passion for making learning fun and engaging for each child
• Ability to use a variety of communication techniques with both children and adults
