Bright Horizons Worthing Day Nursery and Preschool is seeking friendly Nursery Bank Staff to join our Bright Flex team in Worthing. You will help look after babies and children up to age 5 through interactive play and activities, supporting their development alongside our team.

Nursery – Bright Horizons Worthing Day Nursery and Preschool

Salary – Starting from £12.75 per hour (dependent on qualification/s and experience)

The Role

Working as part of our Bright Flex / Bank team, you can blend the convenience of bank/ agency work, with the security and benefits of being an employee – giving you the best of both worlds! Within this role, you will work as part of a team to look after babies and children up to the age of 5. You will have adventures through interactive play, reading, and activities to encourage curious minds – supporting colleagues with each child’s development towards their key milestones.

What we’re looking for

• Previous experience working with children ideal but not essential – Nursery Bank Staff, Nursery Assistant, Teaching Assistant, Nursery Practitioner, Early Years Educator, Nanny, Childminder or similar
• Passion for making learning fun and engaging for each child
• Ability to use a variety of communication techniques with both children and adults
• Ability to be flexible and adaptable
