Bright Horizons Family Solutions, LLC. is seeking Bank Staff in South Manchester to support nurseries with EYFS delivery, engaging children in educational play and helping them reach milestones while ensuring safety.

The role offers flexibility as a bank/locum position within Bright Horizons’ network of 300 UK nurseries, with DBS checks and a comprehensive benefits package. Competitive hourly rates apply depending on qualifications and experience.

Qualifications

• Full and relevant Level 3+ Early Years qualification.
• Previous experience working with children in nursery settings.
• Ability to use varied communication techniques with children and adults.
• Understanding of child protection and safeguarding.

Responsibilities

• Support nursery colleagues with delivery of EYFS through engaging children in educational play.
• Encourage development toward key milestones while ensuring safety.
• Promote child welfare, health and safety, and safeguarding policies.
• Work with colleagues to maintain a positive, safe nursery environment.
