Rodericks Dental Partners is seeking a Qualified/Apprentice Dental Nurse at Quedgeley House Dental Practice in Gloucester. The role is 40 hours per week, with opportunities across the UK network for development and progression.

You will assist dentists, prepare instruments, uphold infection control standards, support patients, and manage records while contributing to a welcoming, patient-centred environment.

Qualifications

• Qualified and GDC-registered Dental Nurse.
• Confident and professional communication with patients.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable in a clinical environment including procedures with blood or surgical treatments.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist dentists during a wide range of clinical procedures.
• Prepare and maintain dental instruments, equipment, and materials.
• Uphold high standards of infection control and surgery cleanliness.
• Provide reassurance and support to patients throughout their visit.
• Maintain accurate patient records and manage administrative tasks.
• Promote and advise patients on oral health and dental care products.
• Play an important role in creating a friendly, welcoming atmosphere for patients and the team.
