Job summary

Rodericks Dental Partners is seeking a Qualified Dental Nurse to join our caring, clinically-led network of practices across the UK. You will assist dentists, prepare instruments and materials, and uphold infection control standards while delivering excellent patient care.

Work with experienced clinicians in a supportive team, manage patient records, educate patients on oral health, and contribute to a friendly, welcoming atmosphere for all.

Qualifications

• Qualified and GDC-registered Dental Nurse.
• Confident and professional communication with patients.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Comfortable in a clinical environment, including exposure to blood or surgical treatments.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Caring, compassionate approach towards patients and colleagues.
• Proactive attitude towards learning and development.

Responsibilities

• Assist dentists during a wide range of clinical procedures.
• Prepare and maintain dental instruments, equipment, and materials.
• Uphold high standards of infection control and surgery cleanliness.
• Provide reassurance and support to patients throughout their visit.
• Maintain accurate patient records and manage administrative tasks.
• Promote and advise patients on oral health and dental care products.
• Play an important role in creating a friendly, welcoming atmosphere for patients and the team.
