Job summary

Bee Dental Clinic in Pendlebury, Manchester, is seeking a qualified Dental Nurse for a full-time role, with part-time considered for the right candidate. You will provide chairside support across general and specialist dentistry and uphold infection control standards.

The ideal candidate is GDC-registered, with NEBDN or equivalent, and 2+ years' post-qualification experience. We offer a friendly team, ongoing CPD, DBS and GDC fee coverage, and a competitive salary.

Qualifications

• GDC registration, essential.
• NEBDN or equivalent recognised Dental Nursing qualification.
• Ideally 2+ years' post-qualification experience.
• Experience assisting with general dentistry and specialist treatments.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• A friendly, professional and patient-focused approach.
• Confidence using dental software and maintaining accurate patient records.
• A positive attitude and willingness to support the wider team.
• Experience assisting with implants, orthodontics or oral surgery would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent chairside support across general and specialist dentistry.
• Maintain high standards of infection prevention and control.
• Prepare surgeries, equipment and instruments for treatments.
• Support patients throughout their appointments and provide aftercare guidance.
• Maintain accurate clinical records and assist with stock management.
• Work collaboratively with clinicians and colleagues to deliver excellent patient care.

Working Hours: Days and hours will be discussed at interview. Some of our surgery sessions operate between 8am and 8pm.
