Role Description

As a Dental Nurse, you’ll play a key role in looking after patients and supporting your dentist. Your understanding of Private, NHS, and UDA treatments, along with your knowledge of GDC and regulatory responsibilities, will help you set high standards for your team and patients.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent patient care and support clinical freedom to choose the right treatment for each patient.
• Work effectively with the dental team to support surgery efficiency and practice performance.
• Support and mentor Trainee/Apprentice Nurses, sharing your knowledge and acting as a role model.
• Ensure compliance with GDC and other regulatory responsibilities.
• Engage in ongoing CPD and professional development.
