Duties:

- Assisting the dentist during dental procedures

- Preparing and sterilizing dental instruments and equipment

- Scheduling patient appointments and managing patient records

- Providing support and comfort to patients during dental procedures

- Maintaining a clean and organized dental office environment

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Completion of an accredited dental assisting program

- Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

- Ability to work well in a team environment

- Basic computer skills for managing patient records

- GDC Number

- Indemnity Insurance

Note: Prior experience as a Dental Nurse is preferred, however, training will be provided for the right candidate.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From £12.70 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

• Mon-Wed: 8:45am - 5:35pm
• Thurs-Fri: 7:45am - 4:34pm
• Holidays increased by 4 days every 5 years worked totalling 32 days after 15 years
• Overtime available Mon - Wed: 5:30pm - 19:30pm with half a in lieu given
• Overtime available Saturdays: 8:45 - 3:30pm with a full day in lieu given
