Job summary

Handsworth Wood Dental Practice, 94 Church Lane, Birmingham, B20 2ES, part of Rodericks Dental Partners, is seeking a Qualified Dental Nurse to join a busy practice. The role covers 38.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with focus on delivering excellent patient care and supporting clinicians across a busy clinical environment.

You will work with experienced teams across a network of practices, benefit from ongoing professional development, and contribute to a welcoming, patient-centered

Responsibilities

• Assist dentists during a wide range of clinical procedures.
• Prepare and maintain dental instruments, equipment and materials.
• Uphold high standards of infection control and surgery cleanliness.
• Provide reassurance and support to patients throughout their visit.
• Maintain accurate patient records and manage administrative tasks.
• Promote and advise patients on oral health and dental care products.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Assist dentists during a wide range of clinical procedures
• Prepare and maintain dental instruments, equipment, and materials
• Uphold high standards of infection control and surgery cleanliness
• Provide reassurance and support to patients throughout their visit
• Maintain accurate patient records and manage administrative tasks
• Promote and advise patients on oral health and dental care products
• Play an important role in creating a friendly, welcoming atmosphere for patients and the team
