Rodericks Dental Partners in Milton Keynes invites a qualified Dental Nurse to join Beanhill Dental Practice. You’ll support dentists, prepare instruments, maintain hygiene standards and ensure patient comfort throughout visits.

With 40 hours per week across a supportive, clinically led team, you’ll have opportunities for continuous development, DBS and indemnity support, and access to modern equipment. A friendly environment that values your professionalism and care awaits.

• Qualified and GDC-registered Dental Nurse
• Confident and professional communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Comfortable working in a clinical environment, including procedures where you may see blood or surgical treatments
• Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
• Caring, compassionate approach towards patients and colleagues
• Proactive attitude towards learning and professional development

Responsibilities

• Assist dentists during a wide range of clinical procedures
• Prepare and maintain dental instruments, equipment, and materials
• Uphold high standards of infection control and surgery cleanliness
• Provide reassurance and support to patients throughout their visit
• Maintain accurate patient records and manage administrative tasks
• Promote and advise patients on oral health and dental care products
• Play an important role in creating a friendly, welcoming atmosphere for patients and the team
