PortmanDentex is hiring a Qualified Dental Nurse for our Glasgow - Giffnock Orthodontic Practice. Typical shifts are 8am-5.30pm, four days a week, with a 30-minute lunch break.

The role offers a competitive hourly rate and the chance to work in a modern, well-equipped orthodontic setting alongside specialists. Applicants should have a recognised Dental Nursing qualification and GDC registration, plus a friendly, communicative approach.

Job Description

Are you ready to step into a new challenge in a friendly and modern setting? If so, we’ve got a vacancy at our welcoming Glasgow - Giffnock Orthodontic Practice

Typical shifts: 8am-5.30pm. 30 mins unpaid lunch. 4 days each week worked over Monday-Friday, different day off each week.

Competitive hourly rate from: £13.50

Specialist Orthodontic practice, caring for both NHS and private patients

Modern and well-equipped surgeries, working alongside Specialist Orthodontists and Therapists

Opportunity to work independently within ournurse-led clinics, and fully within your scope of practice

About you

We’d love to receive your application to our Dental Nurse vacancy if you have the following skills and experience:

A recognised Dental Nursing qualification and active GDC registration

A positive and empathetic approach, with strong communication skills

A team player who thrives on providing great service and building relationships with colleagues and patients

Orthodontic experience is helpful but not essential – full training will be provided
