Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role for a Qualified Conveyancer based in Burton Upon Trent, with some work from home acceptable. The Qualified Conveyancer will be responsible for handling residential and commercial conveyancing transactions, preparing and reviewing legal documents, liaising with clients, and managing case files. Additional tasks include ensuring compliance with all legal requirements and providing exceptional client service.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in residential and commercial conveyancing
• Strong legal drafting and document review skills
• Exceptional client service and communication skills
• Ability to manage case files and meet deadlines
• Knowledge of relevant compliance and legal requirements
• Proficiency in legal software and technology
• Qualified Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in estate planning and administration is a plus
